Ì At NO time may a consultant remove Mrs. Candles product labels and re-label the product as their own. Ì You agree that if you sell my products on your web site, you must note that you are a registered reseller of Mrs. Candles products. Ì You agree that you do NOT have the right to sell my products on your website for less than the listed RETAIL amount commonly available on your price sheet and commonly available on my retail website. In other words, you do not have the right to undersell me. Ì You agree you are in no way an employee, partner, or legal representative of Mrs. Candles, LLC. Ì You are, at all times, responsible for any and all income taxes and other taxes as may be required by your town, state, city, or other jurisdiction. Ì You do NOT have the right to misrepresent my product, make false claims about my product, create spam advertising about my product, or use or misuse my products to intentionally cause harm or danger to anyone ~ human being or animal. Ì You do NOT have the right to use the name of Mrs. Candles, LLC or any product names without my express written permission. Ì You do NOT have the right to sell any of my products on any discount or auction venue for less than retail amount. In other words, you agree not to undersell me. If you do, your account with me will be terminated immediately and your auction account may be suspended. Ì You agree that if you would like to sell my products on an auction venue, such as eBay, you will obtain my written permission, and you will obtain my agreed upon, appropriate pricing. Ì Any breach of these terms and conditions is subject to the laws of the State of Illinois and as such is subject to my taking legal action as appropriate against you.
